Jenifer Cannon - Client Care Manager

“Graduating from high school in 1977, I immediately began a career in real estate. I’ve been fortunate to work with many agents and countless areas in the field. When my son, Cody was born 23 years ago I felt that I needed to spread my wings and look into a career in the large corporate world. I spent 10 years as an assistant to the chairman of a large Kansas City company, before joining my real estate friends again. I have collected 22 years of real estate experience with my last nine years being with Toni as her Client Care Manager. As a listing assistant I enjoy working first-hand with the sellers detailing the marketing aspects of selling their home. I also oversee the production of the Toni Tygart Homes Magazine.

Time away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Quiet time is spent working on some new cross-stitch project and reading. My love is my beautiful Granddaughter, Cadence Marie which has pressed me into getting started on my Creative Memories album making.” 

Chris Dailey - Customer Relations Associate 

Chris joined the Toni Tygart Real Estate Group in March of 2009. Chris brings over 20 years experience in the mortgage side of the real estate business. Chris is currently the initial point of contact answering the phones, greeting customers and offering operational support to Toni and the Buyer Agents. 

Chris’ other duties include business accounting and providing support to Jenifer entering new listings and gathering feedback on showings. She is also in the process of getting her Missouri Real Estate License to bring additional value and support to the team.
 

Fern Truschke - Listing Assistant 

I was raised in Topeka, Kansas, graduated from K-State, and then moved to Chicago for a federal job. I met my husband, Jim, there. Two children, 3 dogs and several houses later, we re-located to the Kansas City area in 1990. And that's when I met Toni Tygart -- she sold us our house in Lakewood!  

For 7 years, I co-owned a local Lakewood floral shop, Ladybugs. After selling it in 2002, I was recruited by my pastor to "help out" in the children's ministry department at the Woods Chapel United Methodist Church. Within 6 months, I was the director of the program, a staff position I held for almost 5 years. After a year of retirement from this position, I was ready to re-enter the work force; a chance conversation with Toni in our Sunday school class led me to join The Tygart Team. 

I take all the pictures and virtual tours for each new listing, do all the measuring and then continue the listing process by posting the information and pictures on the websites and composing a sales flyer.
