Jenifer Jackson -Client Care Manager

“Graduating from high school in 1977, I immediately began a career in real estate. I’ve been fortunate to work with many agents and countless areas in the field. When my son, Cody was born 18 years ago I felt that I needed to spread my wings and look into a career in the large corporate world. I spent 10 years as an assistant to the chairman of a large Kansas City company, before joining my real estate friends again. I have collected 17 years of real estate experience with my last four years being with Toni as her Client Care Manager. As a listing assistant I enjoy working first-hand with the sellers detailing the marketing aspects of selling their home. I also oversee the production of the Toni Tygart Homes Magazine.

Time away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Quiet time is spent working on some new cross-stitch project and reading. My latest love is my beautiful new Granddaughter, Cadence Marie which has pressed me into getting started on my Creative Memories album making.”

Kim Wilhelmson - Business Manager 

Kim joined the Toni Tygart Real Estate Group as the Business Manager in July of 2003. As the Broker/Officer of the Corporation, Kim’s manages the finances and internal systems. As Toni’s sister, Kim also assists Toni in planning the future direction of the Team. 

Kim brings to the Team over 20 years of business management and accounting experience. She has an Associates Degree in Pre-Law and a Missouri Broker’s license.

Gwen Odneal 

I have been with RE/MAX since June of 2005, bringing with me years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Relations Associate for Toni’s Team, I am the initial point of contact for our clients. I feel that professionalism and friendly voice are key to a successful first impression with prospective clients. I try to make sure each caller “hears” my smile. 

I also serve as an interface between the client marketplace and the Buyer Specialists on Toni’s Team, and the other office agents, by providing assistance with the initial establishment of the prospect/agent relationship. My role further includes ongoing logistical and operational assistance to the Buyer Specialists and Toni as well as administrative support to the other agents here at RE/MAX Elite. 

Through experience, I have continued to advance my skills and education in my chosen field of Real Estate Administration, which has further increased the value and support I bring to the Team. In my time away from the office I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Megan Wilson 

I graduated from Blue Springs South High School in 2006; I have always been interested in real estate. I’ve learned a great deal just deciding how to get into the business, especially during such a challenging market. I joined the Toni Tygart Team early in 2008. I’ve been very fortunate to have been given this opportunity to work along side Toni and her Team of Buyer Specialists. I also provide support service to the other agents in the RE/MAX Elite office. They are teaching me so much!! I hope to have my license soon which will allow me to working directly with sellers and buyers! 

In my time away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and traveling to warm places! I enjoy sports, so you might see me cheering on the Royals or Chiefs. And in For the next few years, I’ll be at Northwest Missouri State cheering on the Bearcats watching my younger brother play football!
