Toni's Team Members

Hello, I’m the other Tony on the Toni Tygart Team. My name is Tony Patterson. I joined Toni’s Team in early 2003, after a few years as an independent agent with RE/MAX. I came to RE/MAX Elite to be with the best, and I know I’ve accomplished that! 

I grew up in Independence, Missouri and graduated from Truman High School. From there I went to Missouri State University in Springfield where I received my Bachelors in “Hotel and Restaurant Management.” Upon returning from school I lived in North Kansas City for a short time, and then moved to Raytown, then finally to Lee’s Summit. So I know the Kansas City area well! >

Prior to choosing a career in real estate, I worked in several hotels as a front office manager. Subsequently, I spent six years with American Identity as an account manager, a company that supplies corporate branded apparel and ad specialties. I decided I was ready for a major life change. I have family in real estate. Since I already had my license and had always had an interest in real estate, I quit my job and started real estate the next day. I haven’t looked back!  

I’ve been living in Lee’s Summit now for ten years, with my partner of seventeen years, and two Yorkshire Terriers. We are collectors of many things including antiques and have an extensive collection of glassware. Additional interests are entertaining and interior design.  

I truly believe I was meant to be in real estate. I have a passion for helping families find their new homes. That is why I chose Toni Tygart Real Estate, for the opportunity to concentrate on buyers and their needs. With the incredible Team I am surrounded by I now have the opportunity to focus on my buyers, and make them my number one priority. From start to finish I want my buyers to have a truly extraordinary experience.

I was born in Independence, MO then moved to Blue Springs, MO and lived there most of my life.  My Background is in Computer Programming and Network Management.  I have been in Real Estate since 2002. I started out in new construction and residential home sales working in Blue Springs with my mother that has been in Real Estate for 30 years.  I joined the Toni Tygart Real Estate Group in February, 2011 as a team member. I am licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
